Police Station

Our firm is ready to represent clients at the police station 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We ensure that the rights and freedoms of our clients are upheld. Representation at the police station is free of charge for clients. It is important to get a solicitor involved as early as possible in criminal proceedings.

Magistrates' Court and Youth Court

Most court cases are dealt with in the Magistrates Court and we can represent clients whether they are legally aided or instructing us on a private basis. Our expert advocates conduct all different types of hearing including trials and sentence hearings.

Crown Court

We are well equipped to deal with the most serious cases. At MPS Defence, we pride ourselves on being able to represent clients at all stages of their proceedings. Our advocates have Higher Rights of Audience which means that we can retain continuity of representation from the beginning of the case to the end.
