Megan McGhee
Partner
Megan is a criminal defence specialist. She represents clients at the police station, as well as at the Magistrates' Court and Youth Court. She is a Higher Rights Advocate which means that she has rights of audience in the Crown Court. Megan has a keen interest in cases concerning mental health (having previously been a Mental Health Tribunal Panel Member). Megan is an expert in youth cases having ran a youth justice department whilst practising in London.
Megan is the defence solicitor representative on the Dorset Criminal Justice Board and she was nominated for the Outstanding Achievement Award in both 2020 and 2021.
Megan graduated from Bristol University with an LLB Law Degree and she graduated with distinction on her Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University.

Harry Price-Smith
Partner
Harry is an expert in criminal defence. He has rights of audience in the Crown Court as a Higher Rights Advocate. He represents clients at the police station, as well as at the Magistrates' Court and Youth Court.
Harry has dealt with incredibly serious cases, including recently securing an acquittal for murder. Harry trained as a solicitor and practiced in London for a number of years.
Harry graduated from Durham University with an LLB Law Degree and he graduated with distinction on his Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University.
